Hello. I’m Jonas.
Growing up, I had no idea what I wanted from life. I knew, however, that I wanted something good—even if that good was inexpressible.
In this not knowing, unfortunately, I drifted into a period of meaninglessness and depression. It was a soul-shattering experience, but it was also what led me to change my life for the better.
In the midst of the suffering, I started to immerse myself with information. It started as a way to deal with the pain, but it grew into an interest into things that could make life better; reading about psychology, philosophy, meaning, health and happiness.
Now I hope to do the same for others. I will try my best to aid in the alleviation of suffering, providing information that will help people transform their lives for the better.
