Hello. I’m Jonas.

Growing up, I had no idea what I wanted from life. I knew, however, that I wanted something good—even if that good was inexpressible.

In not knowing, unfortunately, I drifted into a period of meaninglessness and depression. It was a soul-shattering experience, but it was also what led me to change my life for the better.

In the midst of the suffering, I started to immerse myself with information. Although it started as a way to deal with the pain, it grew into an interest into things that could make life better; reading about psychology, philosophy, meaning, health and happiness.

Now I hope to provide the same kind of information to others. Specifically, through meaningful living and positive impact-making.
