Hello. I’m Jonas.

Growing up, I had no idea what I wanted from life. I knew, however, that I wanted something good—even if that good was inexpressible.

In this not knowing, however, I drifted into a period of meaninglessness and depression. It was painful, for sure, but it was also what helped me change my life for the better.

In the midst of the suffering, I started to immerse myself with information; reading about psychology, philosophy, meaning, health and happiness.

It started as a way to deal with the pain, but grew into something so much more; and it allowed me to discover the good things in life.

At present, I hope to provide the same kind of information to others.
